A B2B/B2C IT support company needed more than a brochure site — it needed a real operating panel: support ticket management, a components catalog, and automatic import from supplier PDFs.
The approach
Full-stack Next.js: a performance-first public area (LCP protected, lightweight 3D hero) plus a real backend — an admin panel for support tickets, catalog and PDF import. Not just a website, a daily working tool.
